Meal Plan

What does a typical day look like for me? I can tell you this... I'm DEFINITELY not starving myself. Those who know me well know that I'm a girl that likes to EAT!

No matter what fitness program I'm engrossed in at the moment, the lessons in nutrition I've learned from the 21 Day Fix have made the BIGGEST difference in the results I'm seeing. I carry these principles over into any program I do... whether it be low impact like PiYo, or... well... INSANE like Insanity. :)

Why?? It's simple. It works. The premise is simple. Gone are the days of counting calories, carbs, or points. I'm all about easy. Here's a basic breakdown of what it looks like:
So any given day, my specific plan that is tailored JUST FOR ME includes 2 purple containers, 3 green, 4 red, 1 orange, 1 blue, 2 yellow, and 2tsp of nut butter or coconut oil. Yours might be different, depending on your individual goals and nutritional needs. I also make sure I have my Shakeology daily, as that is my daily dose of dense, superfood nutrition. Plus it tastes like dessert and curbs my WICKED sweet tooth. I consider that a win-win scenario! :)

The beauty of it is that you can choose from a really WIDE variety of foods, depending on what you like. The nutrition guide is pretty complete, and really simple to follow!
